ABSTRACT Theme of graduation theses: Impact of Economic Development upon Human Resources tasks in a Selected Organization Author of graduation theses: Bc. Renáta Laszyová

This thesis „Impact of Economic Development upon Human Resources tasks in a Selected Organization“ is concerned with analysis of present situation in personnel areas of the Trenkwalder KAPPA a.s. company. This thesis turns to theoretic Human Resources tasks first. This part is followed by the introduction of the Trenkwalder KAPPA a.s. company. Analytical part of the thesis is related to analyse of the current status of the company’s HR policy. First of all emphasis is placed on evaluation of the current situation. Next part is practical and concerns with impact of economic depression upon Human Resources tasks in a company and later on proposal to guide to cost reduction and increase of effectiveness in a whole company. Part of theses is an economic calculation of the proposals as well as the steps how to implement these arrangements in the way they will be practically usefull and in order to achieve its strategic targets also under indisposed economic conditions. This work clarifies the way which the company should follow and it´s outcome will be used by the company management on improve in the HR management area.
