Návrh racionalizace výrobního procesu v podniku

Abstract

Diploma thesis deals with analysis on production process of company focused on large series production for automotive industry. In theoretic part are described common types of chronometry, assembly operations and assembly lines. Then the thesis is oriented on comparing today’s production part with new one and with focus on problematic process parts. There are implemented elements of ergonomy focused on easy ability of assembly, merging of process steps, checking the parts and archiving of results. In practical part are presented two proposals of production line. First focused on minimal money investment, second one focused on minimal hand work job. In final part are both variants compared from economy perspective.
