Abstract

This bachelor thesis parses the general content of the instruction and maintenance manual of the hydraulic press, a manual on self-maintenance TPM, and further chapter is devoted to maintenance in details.The introduction to the topic refers to the general description of the hydraulic equipment and specific description of the hydraulic press ZHO600TM. The core of this thesis is the application of modern approaches to the maintenance of the press. Here the thesis deals with the maintenance of various parts of the press. The focus is on maintenance and functionality of security features of the press and the cleanliness and condition of the hydraulic oil. Under the safe operation of this equipment the record of run-out slide and noise measurement was made. The last chapter contains a TPM maintenance manual, which is part of maintenance guide and is very good tool for commercial users.
