Predikce tvrdosti svarových spojů vybraných Cr-Mo ocelí

Abstract

The bachelor thesis considers a prediction of the selected Cr-Mo welded joints hardness. The first part of the work is focused onto the weldability of steels, especially steel P91 and 15128, onto the crackability of the selected steel and onto theirs thermal processing and theirs hardness requirements. In the next parts is stated the analysis of the algorithms for the hardness prediction calculation. Those algorithms use different parameters affecting the welded joints hardness of steels, the way of measuring and the practical hardness measuring of steel welded joints under various chosen parameters. The result of the work is verification of the algorithms for steel P91 and 15128 according to the practical measuring and the determination of suitable algorithms for calculation of welded joints hardness.
