Numerická simulace svařování elektronovým paprskem

Abstract

This master thesis focused on numerical simulation of electron beam welding. Nume-rical simulations were created in Simufacturing 8.0. Individual meshing and temperature settings have been compared. After the process calculation, the temperature and stress analysis of the weld joint was evaluated. Next, the simulation was compared with the actual experiment. First, using the heat-affected area of the weld joint and then using thermal cycles that were measured with thermocouples.
