Získavanie a výber zamestnancov v Hasičskom a záchrannom zbore Žilina

Abstract

Základnou jednotkou v podniku, ktorá vytvára jeho hodnotu sú zamestnanci, a preto je veľmi dôležité si vybrať správneho človeka na správne miesto. Získavanie a výber pracovníkov je neodmysliteľnou súčasťou formovania pracovnej sily organizácie. Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce je, za pomoci teoretických východísk procesu získavania a výberu zamestnancov, poskytnúť prehľad o tom, ako v praxi tento proces prebieha v organizácií Hasičský a záchranný zbor v Žiline a následne na základe jeho detailnej analýzy externého a interného získavania, metód výberu príslušníkov a pomocou vykonaného sociologického výskumu zistiť, kde by mohli byť vykonané vylepšenia v tomto procese a navrhnúť odporúčania.

The employees are basic unit of the organization which produces its value, and therefore it is very important to choose the right person in the right place. Employee recruitment and selection is an essential part of forming labor of organization. The aim of this thesis is with using the theoretical process of recruitment and selection of employees to provide an overview how this process takes place in organizations Fire and Rescue Service of Žilina and afterwards to determine on the basis of its analysis of external and internal recruitment, methods of member selection and sociological research where improvements could be made up in this process and propose the recommendations to implement the improvement.
