Návrh pracoviště pro testování cyklického otevírání dveří

Abstract

Diploma thesis is deal with design workplace for cyclic testing of door opening for VIPAX a.s. company. The company entered the requirments on the device and also realized it on the basic of this work. The thesis include a overwiev of company products, survery of testing devices, design varints of solutions and selection the optimal one. After this selection is folowed decription of the design, experiment for determining required opening force, design and check calculation and economic study. Summary of results is described in the conclusion.

Has been designed the device for cyclic door opening. Have been made a necessary calculations of important and stressed parts. Selecting of problematic components as motor or electronic have been proposed by experts in the field. Everything is completed by technical documentation of this device. In first by cut list of profiles and next by manufacturing and assembly drawings. 3D model is made in the program Creo 2.0., calculations in Mathcad 14.0 and Mitcalc.
