Mazací soustavy historických spalovacích motorů značky Škoda

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou vývoje a konstrukčních řešení mazacích soustav u historických spalovacích motorů značky Škoda a dále definuje vhodná maziva pro tyto motory včetně zhodnocení vhodnosti jejich náhrady moderními oleji. Úvodní část práce obsahuje rešerši zaměřenou na popis a vývoj agregátů používaných v historických vozech Škoda. Další část se zabývá popisem a srovnáním jednotlivých typů mazacích soustav, dále výčtem možných alternativ použití dnešních olejů včetně definice jednotlivých typů olejů a jejich označení. V praktické části se tato práce zabývá laboratorním měřením a experimentálními testy vybraných druhů motorových olejů. Výstupem této práce je posouzení výhod a nevýhod jednotlivých typů mazacích soustav, formulace závěrů a doporučení pro volbu vhodných maziv do historických motorů Škoda.

This master´s thesis deals with the analysis of the development and design solutions of lubrication systems in historical Škoda combustion engines and further defines suitable lubricants for these engines, including an assessment of the suitability of their replacement with modern oils. The introductory part of the thesis contains research focused on the description and development of aggregates used in historical Škoda cars. The next part deals with the description and comparison of individual types of lubrication systems, as well as a list of possible alternatives for using today's oils, including the definition of individual types of oils and their designation. In the practical part, this thesis deals with laboratory measurements and experimental tests of selected types of engine oils. The output of this thesis is an assessment of the advantages and disadvantages of individual types of lubrication systems, the formulation of conclusions and recommendations for the selection of suitable lubricants and their use in historical Škoda engines.
