Zhodnocení motivačního systému ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals primarily with the motivation of employees, as an important area within the management of human resources. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current incentive system in society and subsequently to make it more effective in order to motivate employees to achieve better working results. The first part deals with the theoretical background and description of the company in which the survey was conducted. In the second part, analyses were made, which we learned in the theoretical part of this paper. In conclusion, an evaluation was carried out and suggestions were made to improve the motivation program of employees.
