Zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti malého podniku

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti malého podniku pomocí vybraných metod. V úvodní části práce je definováno, co je to konkurenceschopnost z více úhlů pohledu. Dále jsou popsány vybrané metody, kterými je posléze konkurenceschopnost zhodnocena. Následující část popisuje samotnou firmu. V praktické části jsou aplikovány metody z teoretické části na zvolenou firmu. Nakonec jsou sepsány návrhy, doporučení a závěr.

This bachelor thesis is aimed at the evaluation of the competitiveness of a small company by applying chosen methods. In the introduction there is a definition of the term competitiveness from many points of view. Furthermore, the chosen methods are described, which help the competitiveness be evaluated afterwards. The following section describes the company itself. In the practical part there are methods being applied from the theoretical part to the chosen company. In the end, there are suggestions, recommendation and conclusion.
