Abstract

This master thesis deals with constructional modification of headlight parts for changing the welding technology. There are summarized the welding methods that are used to weld rear lights and evaluate their pros and cons. For rear lamp is proposed the optimal adjusted of 3D data, which was designed for contour laser welding firstly. In the change is rear lamp designed for simultaneous laser welding. The change is mainly concerned with the construction of the welding rib and design of its suitable dimensions and the shape of the housing and lens of rear lamp. The following are the benefits of using simultaneous laser technology.
