Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with design of boiler for combustion of wood chips. Introductory part describes properties of waste biomass, which come out of saw-mill operation. Then includes calculation of heat consumption for drying technology, heating of factory building, heating of domestic hot water, proposal of boiler parameters and following boiler heat calculation. On the basis of heat calculation is made concept design of boiler and his integration in system.
