Návrh technologie výroby součásti ve společnosti NOVOGEAR, spol. s r.o.

Abstract

Práce se zabývá návrhem nové technologie výroby ozubeného kola pro obráběcí stroj. První část práce popisuje vyráběnou součást a s tím spojenou problematikou výroby čelního ozubení. Další část práce obsahuje informace o materiálu součásti, polotovaru a jeho tepelném zpracování, použitými stroji a nástroji. Ve zbytku práce je řešen výrobní postup součásti a následné technicko-ekonomické zhodnocení návrhu. Nový výrobní postup součásti byl použit ve výrobě a pomocí tohoto postupu bylo vyrobeno 10 ozubených kol.

This thesis deals with the proposal of production technology. The first part describes the produced part and the problems connected with production of gear wheels. The second part contains information about material used for this part, the semi-finished product and his heat treatment and the machine tools and the tools used for production . The last part of my thesis is devoted to the proposal of production technology of this part and to technical and ecomical evaluation of this plan. This new proposal was used in the real production and ten pieces of gear wheels were produced.
