ŠEVČÍK, M., Stress-Strain Analysis of the Lever Assembly Jig Ostrava: Department of Mechanics of Materials, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, VŠB - Technical University of Ostrava, 2009, 48 pages Thesis, Head: Ing. František Fojtík, Ph.D. There is executed a stress-strein analysis of the lever assembly jig in this Thesis. This assembly jig is used for assebling and disassembling of spring collet in Labotatory of Fatigue of Materials in Department of Mechanics of Materials. An appropriate FEM model with boundary conditions is prepared firstly and then three analyses are executed. The first is analysis of assembly jigs jaws which are loaded by bolt-pretension. The second and the third are analyses of whole assembly jig during assembling and disassembling of spring collet. Some modifications of some components are suggested on base of analyses results and drawings of modificate components are prepared.
