Abstract

This thesis deals with the process of the headlamp development. Deals describe the process of the headlamp development from the quotation phase to rump up phase (start of serial production). The aim is to describe the process of the assembly line development., with focus on the workplace nr. 150 (assembly of the hollow screws). The great emphasis is on the procedure of qualification the select workplace. Evaluative criteria of the selected workplace is machine capability of the screwing. Measured value is deep of screw.
