Abstract
The topic of my diploma paper was Customer Satisfaction Measurement of the Combi Ovens Market. The aim of my work was to find out customer’s satisfaction with the RETIGO VISION combi ovens, identify the areas which need to be improved and suggest the recommendations leading to improvement.. My work is devided into 4 parts. Theoretical background for the customer satisfaction measurement is mentioned in the first part including most used methods of evaulation. Second part is describing RETIGO company and its product portfolio. Results of the measurement are analyzed in the third part on the basis of 3 choosen methods and the pirorities are picked up on the basis of these methods. In the last parts are mentioned all the recommendations resulting from the measurement.
