Implementace TIM do průmyslové praxe

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou a vyhodnocením současného stavu podniku v oblasti údržby a řešením specifického problému, který mi byl přidělen na hale finální montáže. V dalším kroku se tento současný stav zhodnotí a provedou následná navržená opatření daného problémů. Bude se jednat zejména o doporučení vyššího stupně údržby, tedy totálně integrované údržby a o návrh implementace grafického třídícího systému pro systém SAP - modul údržby. Projekt je zaměřen na výrobní podnik Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech s.r.o.

This master thesis is focuses on analysis and evaluation of the current status of the company in the sector of maintance level and solving of a specific problem which I was assigned, in the final assembly hall. The next step is evaluate the current status and made to propose the measure of the problem. This will be particularly the recommendations of higher levels of maintenance, thus total integrated maintenance and graphic design implementation sorting system for managing SAP - maintenance module. The project is aimed at manufacturing company Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech, s.r.o
