Abstract

This thesis contains financial and economical rating in case of construction modifications of former power plant into apartment building with newly equipped flats and lounge. Theoretical part of thesis is dedicated to regional development projects rating and methods of public projects rating, which are gradually analyzed and compared. It is primarily focused on the procedure of financial and economic analysis compilement and subsequent calculation of their effectivity. In analytical part are insights from financial and economic analysis listed in theoretical part transferred into practice. Both, the total amount of investment needed for implementation of the project and the amount of costs and revenues are determined in the financial analysis. The impacts of projects on society is defined in the economical analysis. Then the calculation of criterial indexes of economical and financial analysis is made. At the conclusion of thesis are processed the issues of analysis risks and the sensitivity resulting from project.
