Vzdělávání zaměstnanců v České pojišťovně, a.s.

Abstract

In my thesis I am writing about educational methods of employees in Česká pojišťovna, a.s. Theoretical part is divided into two sections. There is brief characteristic of company, organization structure and products of Česká pojišťovna, a.s. in first section. In second section I am writing about theoretical solutions of educational methods. Practical part is exploring elementary activities in section of human sources, structure and planning of budget for development of human sources and the most important part is research of continuous education, where the result is finding out what methods Česká pojišťovna is using for development and education of its employees.
