Abstract

This thesis deals with the implementation of lean production elements in the company Saft Ferak in Raškovice. Intrduction of this work describes the issue and definition of terms directly related to the topic of work, and that the author should help in understanding how to implement some methods in the company. In the second part of the thesis the author analyzes the current situation. In the last section the author introduces with the requirements of production systems and closely related management issues. The aim of this work is to implement KANBAN system. In the conclusion the author proposes solutions and measures to improve overall management and planning system at one production company plant.
