Konstrukční úpravy komponent malého dílenského soustruhu

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is dealing with design modifications of components for a small workroom lathe, specifically design modifications of lathe bed, cross slide and it's transverse and lengthwise shifting. In the introduction part is explanation and definition of machine tools followed by descriptions and comparation of useable designs of lathe bed assuming that there can be added electric motor for quick lengthwise shifting. After comparing and choosing one of the design modifications follows design modification of cross slide where is chosen one type of straightforward line. Design modifications are based on technical calculations on rigidity forces and gears ratio in shifting mechanism. This bachelor thesis includes FEM analysis of lathe tool head. All drawing documentation is in enclosure of the bachelor thesis.
