Návrh konstrukce pracovního vřeteníku s polymerbetonovým tělesem

Abstract

This thesis deals with the design of work headstock with polymer concrete body of cylindrical grinding machine. It contains a brief description of the cylindrical grinding, the design of the grindnign machines and also the distribuiton of the work headstocks. A draft sketch is made, then confronted with other possible variants and a detailed design is made. A structural design is then developed, including calculations of the spindle bearing and stiffness. The design is compared with the classic concept of TOS machines. The design of the mould for the polymer concrete body i salso developed. It includes drawings of the spindle, headstock as well as a 3D model of the mould and headstock.
