Abstract

The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the development of Czech and European aviation law after 1990 in relation to the integration process in Europe. The work describes the authorities and organizations that are responsible for processing, implementation, supervision of aviation law in Czech Republic and European Union. The bachelor’s thesis describes development of aviation legislation in several stages related to law development in Czech Republic and European Union after the accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union on the basis of current legislation. Created summary should explain issues of integration of European aviation law into the legislative system in the Czech Republic.
