Vliv orientace vláken na pevnost kompozitní komory tepelného výměníku

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of strength and fatigue analyzes of composite material components with polymer matrix and fiberglass reinforcement. Describes their production technology and the materials used in it. The main objective of this work is to get as much information as possible about the evaluation FEM analysis of composites materials and their material properties, so that it is possible to use this knowledge for inclusion in the production process of Hanon Systems. Part of the work is also description of the injection molding methodology, which was used to obtain the orientation of fibers in the object of the composite chamber of the heat exchanger. The fiber orientation was also used to define the material model in the creation of S-N curves in fatigue analysis - Pressure pulse and for material creation in static analysis - Burst pressure. Finally, the results of the FEM calculation are compared with the fiber orientation obtained by the Moldflow analysis and the standard calculation without including these data.
