Analýza marketingových aspektů lokalizace investic v obcích České republiky

Abstract

The aim of the thesis was to identify the key factors that cities offer to potential investors and which, in their opinion, are important for investors. Other partial objectives were to find out what efforts are being made by municipalities to attract new investors, whether they consider their city attractive, whether they have free territory and whether they rely on financial assistance from other entities. The theoretical part is focused on the basic characteristics of territorial self-government, territorial marketing and the characteristics of the current situation on the investment market. The practical part deals with the research analysis, where the data obtained by the questionnaire survey are evaluated. The analysis identified factors that cities offer to potential investors and which, in their opinion, are also important for investors. These factors are good geographic location, secured infrastructure, favorable land prices, quality of workforce and quality of business environment. Based on the results, recommendations for cities have been proposed to make them more attractive to investors.
