Optimalizace energeticky úsporné lineární hydraulické jednotky

Abstract

Bachelor Thesis is focused on the main components design and optimization of the accumulator of a Linear Drive Energy Efficiency System. These units serve as a lifting device in theatres and their design is intellectual property of the client OCHI Engineering, Co. Ltd. The prototype device of this unit is located in the company premises in Ostrava. One of the aims of the work is to propose a hydraulic scheme and specify components for the new parameters according to the client's assignment. There are two ways of a hydro-pneumatic accumulator design given in the Bachelor Thesis. Finally, the Bachelor Thesis is completed with a comprehensive guide for commissioning and maintenance of the hydraulic unit.
