Abstract
The aim of the thesis is to design single purpose machine for winding cords onto spools using 3D printed parts. It is based on initial conditions stated in the assigment of the thesis. Beginning of the work is focused on history of 3D printing, printing technology and materials for FDM printing. Continues to description of design and testing of working sample and its final version. In next part there is described function of the mechanism in detail and its designed parts. Thesis continues to calculating bend of top axis, static check of bearing unit and design of belt drive. In attachement there are assembly drawing of whole machine and production drawing of welded chassis. At the end of thesis there is whole work summarized.
