Bezpečnostní management v letectví – analýza nebezpečných situací za letu

Abstract

V této diplomové práci se zabývám problematikou bezpečnosti na palubách letadel. V úvodu práce čtenáře obeznámím se základní legislativou a organizacemi, které mají co dočinění s bezpečností, také uvedu základní dokumenty řešící bezpečnost v širším měřítku. Práce je primárně zaměřena na bezpečnostní rizika, která vznikají v souvislosti s cestujícími, nicméně jsem zahrnul i statistiky řešící technické problémy a obecný pohled na nehodovost v letectví. Blíže se věnuji popisům a analýze jednotlivých incidentů, které se skutečně staly. V závěru práce řeším návrhy, které by mohly v budoucnu přispět ke zvýšení bezpečnosti na palubách letadel.

In this master thesis I deal with the issue of safety on board airplanes. At the beginning of thesis introduce the readers with basic legislation and organizations dedicated to safety and describe basic documents connected with aviation safety on a wider scale. Thesis is primarily focused on the security risks that arise in connection with passengers. However, I include statistic solving technical problems and a general look at the accidents rate in aviation. I devote description and analysis of individual incidents that actually happened. In conclusion deal with suggestion that could contribute in the future to improve safety on board airplanes.
