Optimalizace organizace a řízení vzorkovacího procesu nakupovaných materiálů a dílů

Abstract

The graduation theses deals with optimalization of sampling process of boughtmaterials and parts. The main target is to find more flexible and economically more effective model of sampling process with greater participation of suppliers. In the beginning chapters I describe the present situation, analyse single steps of the process. For some of these steps I suggest possible potencial for improvement. There are concrete methodical recommendation which could be put into practice. Recommended solutions will enable more useful usage of SAP/R 3 information system, make the quality check of samples faster, bring saving of time fund and of the costs of tests in Input Check Department.
