Návrh demonstrační úlohy s FESTO VTEM terminálem

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis focuses on a pneumatic terminal electronically controlled by the company Festo. The introduction describes the fundamentals of pneumatics and pneumatic circuits, types of valves and distributors, leading up to smart motion terminals and the Festo VTEM Motion Terminal itself. This is followed by a description of the terminal and the various ways it can be controlled. The thesis then deals with the design of a pneumatic system used to demonstrate the functions of the motion terminal. After assembling the demonstration task, the method by which the motion terminal controls the pneumatic mechanism was determined, and the necessary parameters for its proper operation were set. The entire process was thoroughly documented. In conclusion, the overall work with the terminal is evaluated and suggestions are made for improving the functionality of the demonstration mechanism.
