Středotlaký parní kotel na spalování odpadních produktů z výroby bioetanolu.

Abstract

The target of this master thesis was the construction design of the medium-pressure boiler for the combustion of waste products of the production of bioethanol. As a fuel was used a mixture of the two fuels. They were identified characteristics and composition of the mixture. Furthermore, stoichiometry has been calculated and the calculation of enthalpy of combustion products. The next step was to design fire-tube boiler heat exchanger, boiler efficiency and a calculation of the two parts of the economizer. The last section provides a procedure for construction of the boiler drum and determine the speed of the working fluid. According to the results of calculation are proposed various heating surfaces and prepared manufacturing drawings for the fire tube heat exchanger and economizer.
