Vliv nařízení MiCA na trh s kryptoaktivy v Evropské unii

Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of the MiCA regulation. The aim of the thesis is to examine how the regulation affects individual entities on the crypto-assets market. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the reasons for the implementation of cryptocurrency regulation at the level of the European Union, which preceded the formation of a harmonized approach, are examined. Furthermore, in this part of the thesis, the scope of the MiCA regulation is reviewed. In the practical part of the thesis, an analysis of the effects of this regulation on issuers of crypto-assets, providers of services related to crypto-assets, users and investors is performed and the results of this analysis are presented. In conclusion, there is knowledge from both theoretical and practical part of the thesis summarized.
