Vliv nařízení MiCA na trh s kryptoaktivy v Evropské unii

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu nařízení MiCA. Cílem práce je prozkoumat, jak nařízení ovlivňuje jednotlivé subjekty na trhu s kryptoaktivy.

V teoretické části práce jsou zkoumány důvody pro implementaci regulace kryptoměn na úrovni Evropské unie, které předcházely formování harmonizovaného přístupu. Dále jsou v této části práce nahlíženy oblasti působnosti nařízení MiCA.

V praktické části práce je provedena analýza dopadů tohoto nařízení na vydavatele kryptoaktiv, poskytovatele služeb souvisejících s kryptoaktivy, uživatele a investory a jsou prezentovány výsledky této analýzy.

V závěru práce jsou shrnuty poznatky jak z teoretické, tak z praktické části práce.

The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of the MiCA regulation. The aim of the thesis is to examine how the regulation affects individual entities on the crypto-assets market.

In the theoretical part of the thesis, the reasons for the implementation of cryptocurrency regulation at the level of the European Union, which preceded the formation of a harmonized approach, are examined. Furthermore, in this part of the thesis, the scope of the MiCA regulation is reviewed.

In the practical part of the thesis, an analysis of the effects of this regulation on issuers of crypto-assets, providers of services related to crypto-assets, users and investors is performed and the results of this analysis are presented.

In conclusion, there is knowledge from both theoretical and practical part of the thesis summarized.
