Abstract

My bachelor degree thesis targets the management of an establishment financed mostly from public funds. The institutional and legal frame defines a difficult situation of the liable educational employees. The thesis contextualizes in particular the economic aspects that influence the educational operation of the subjects in the regional education system. In the subsequent part of the thesis, the analysis of a management of a particular school in a small town in the region of Vysocina, which suggests the current trends, threats and challenges, is introduced.
