Hospodaření základní školy

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na hospodaření organizace, která je financována převážně z veřejných prostředků. Institucionální a právní rámec charakterizuje nelehkou situaci odpovědných pracovníků škol. Práce zasazuje do širšího kontextu především hospodářské aspekty, které ovlivňují výchovně – vzdělávací činnost subjektů působících v systému regionálního školství. V další části práce je uvedena analýza hospodaření konkrétní školy v malém městě na Vysočině, které naznačuje aktuální trendy, ohrožení a výzvy.

My bachelor degree thesis targets the management of an establishment financed mostly from public funds. The institutional and legal frame defines a difficult situation of the liable educational employees. The thesis contextualizes in particular the economic aspects that influence the educational operation of the subjects in the regional education system. In the subsequent part of the thesis, the analysis of a management of a particular school in a small town in the region of Vysocina, which suggests the current trends, threats and challenges, is introduced.
