Abstract

The goal of this bachelor work is to find optimum solutions for use of backup ČKD turbochargers. In the introduction the types of compressors are described and then the ČKD turbochargers are characterized. Next, fundamentals of mechanical objects vibrodiagnostics are portrayed, as describing the most common faults of compressors, and also of other mechanical units. In the practical part the vibrodiagnostic measurements made with ČKD turbochargers are described, as well as their evaluation. There is also a mention of turbochargers AC and their possible optimization of maintenance. In conclusion, there is the evaluation of possible further steps to optimize backup ČKD turbochargers.
