Analýza procesu vyšetřování leteckých nehod malých letadel do 2 250 kg v ČR

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vyšetřováním leteckých nehod malých letadel do 2 250 kg. V první části je popsán legislativní rámec procesu vyšetřování leteckých nehod, současná struktura organizací, institucí, předpisů a nařízení. Druhá kapitola analyzuje vyšetřování leteckých nehod, kde je také rozebrán systém hlášení, i s přiloženými formuláři. Na tuto kapitolu navazuje návrh vývojového diagramu vyšetřování letecké nehody malého letadla do 2 250 kg v ČR, který byl vytvořen na základě poznatků z vyšetřování leteckých nehod a související legislativy.

The bachelor thesis deals with the investigation of civil aviation accidents, small aircraft up to 2 250 kg. In the first part it is described the legislative framework of the process of the investigation of aircraft accidents, the current structure of organizations, institutions, legislation, and regulation. The second chapter analyzes the investigation of aircraft accidents, where there is also dismantled a reporting system, even with the attached form. This chapter follows the draft flowchart the investigation of an accident of a small aircraft up to 2 250 kg in the Czech republic, which was created on the basis of the investigation of aircraft accidents and related legislation.
