Abstract

Make methodology describing progression of software and leading projects by company procedures to compact work, which is going to be used for training new project managers. To realize example of a project based on procedures approved by experience, semifinished by analysis of current time, through recommended procedures for analyzing estimated backflow, examples of project plans, building a team, up to execution of the project itself and building its own bodies. To recommend suggestions to change current processes progressing software and methodology leading projects. To make up a list of recommended procedures, which shall be the project manager keeping on track by realizing projects in GE.
