Abstract

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the rationalization and design of the new production of a component of the screw lifting stand with focus on the cylindrical screw in the specific production conditions of the given company, when after the overall analysis with the producer, the demand for the cylindrical screw was revealed. The first part deals with a brief presentation of the company and a description of the services offered. The second part deals with theoretical analysis of screw problems. There are briefly described only the types of screws that are most commonly found in practice. Another part of the thesis is devoted to the analysis of current production, including used tools of materials and preparations. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to the complete design of new cylindrical screw production including specially modified tools, new drawing documentation and new technological process.
