Statistické metody jako nástroj snižování neshodné výroby ve slévárně

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá snížením neshodné výroby ve slévárně. V úvodu práce seznamuje čtenáře se základy managementu kvality a se základními nástroji pro řízení kvality. V dalším postupu analyzuje ve slévárně čtyři výrobní úseky z pohledu celkového podílu na neshodnou výrobu. V úseku s největšími problémy dále analyzuje příčiny vzniku jednotlivých vad, navrhuje opatření pro jejich snížení a nechybí zde ani pohled s odstupem času, jaké měly návrhy úspěšnost či neúspěšnost. V závěru se práce zaměřuje na faktory, které mají stálý vliv na vznik neshodných výrobků.

Master thesis deals with the reduction of non-conforming production in foundry. The introduction introduces the basics of quality management and the basic tools for quality control. In another procedure analyzes in the foundry four manufacturing sectors in terms of overall share of non-conforming production. In the section with the biggest problems continues to analyze the causes of defects, proposes measures to reduce them and there are no view with hindsight, what proposals should be the success or failure. In conclusion the master work focuses on the factors that have permanent effects on the emergence of non-conforming products.
