Posouzení motivačního systému zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá motivací lidské činnosti a zaměřuje se na problematiku vhodného a účinného motivování pracovníků. Cílem diplomové práce je posoudit současný stav motivačního systému a provést jeho analýzu. Na základě výsledku analýzy navrhnout opatření ke zlepšení. První část je tvořena teoretickým přehledem dané problematiky. Druhá část obsahuje stručnou charakteristiku společnosti Aqua Saning, s.r.o., analýzu stávajícího motivačního programu podniku, představení a vyhodnocení výsledků empirického výzkumu. V poslední části jsou navržena doporučení pro případné změny motivačního systému.

This thesis deals with the motivation of human activity and focuses on the issue of suitable and efficient motivation of employees. The objective of my thesis is to evaluate the current state of the motivational system and its analysis. Then, on the basis of the analysis result, to suggest measures to be taken in order to improve the situation. The first part includes a theoretical survey of the given issue. The second part gives a brief characteristics of the Aqua Saning, s.r.o. limited company, an analysis of the existing motivational scheme of the company, presentation of the empirical research results and their evaluation. The final part suggests recommendations for any possible changes of the motivational system.
