Abstract

Aim of this work is to design a gripper and feeder rods with the drive. In the introduction, described the feeding equipment and transport equipment dividing lines, further describes the function of the line. I designed gripping device driver and subsequently developed MKP program Inventor 2012 force to the rider who pushes the body to the next processing section. Deformations are relatively small and the results of the tests showed positive results. From the above calculations, I can say that the line strength-compliant and is able to feed and move the body. Although it may seem that a draft of such lines is a simple calculation showed that there encountered with complex problems we face. The line is fully automated with occasional fill the tray.
