Analýza implementace systému SAP v průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of satisfaction with the implementatiton of SAP system in the industrial company Klein automotive s.r.o. The theoritical part includes the introduction of the company along with the teoretical solutions to satisfaction measurement. In the practical part there is described the methodology of research, which is followed by the analysis of satisfaction with SAP system. Suggestions and recommendations for solving this issue come from the findings.
