dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou spokojenosti s implementací systému SAP v průmyslové společnosti Klein automotive s.r.o. Teoretická část obsahuje představení společnosti, na které navazují teoretická východiska měření spokojenosti. V praktické části je popsána metodika výzkumu a následuje samotná analýza spokojenosti se systémem SAP. Ze zjištěných skutečností vychází návrhy a doporučení na řešení této problematiky.cs
dc.description.abstractThis bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of satisfaction with the implementatiton of SAP system in the industrial company Klein automotive s.r.o. The theoritical part includes the introduction of the company along with the teoretical solutions to satisfaction measurement. In the practical part there is described the methodology of research, which is followed by the analysis of satisfaction with SAP system. Suggestions and recommendations for solving this issue come from the findings.en
