Abstract

Abstract The aim of the thesis is to find out the competitiveness for opening a new branch. Its about expansion of family company to the new location. I allocated two new locations, which is analysed for opening a new branch. Before analyse of the locations I reviwed competitiveness existing company. From this analyse I find out expectations for opening a new branch. For this aims I use methods and tools for finding out a competitiveness. At the first time I analyse existing copmpany throught method to aseess viability by Pollak and method five competitive forces by Porter. After this analyse, I do a analyse of a new branch throught the SWOT analyse and method five competiteve forces by Porter. This analyse is from business environment view. At the same time I map a purchasing power in both locations through questionnaire survey.
