Reengineering údržby výrobní linky.

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem reengineeringu údržby výrobní linky v aplikaci na výrobu trvanlivého pečiva. V úvodním teoretickém základu popisuje základní pojmy v údržbě, jednotlivé systémy řízení, provádění, organizace údržby a jejich vývoj. Zároveň vysvětluje pojem reengineering, popisuje základní klíčové indikátory výkonnosti údržby a hlavní metodologie v údržbě. Následuje popis výrobní společnosti, její struktura, výrobní program a popis výrobní technologie. Poslední část analyzuje současný stav systému řízení a provádění údržby a obsahuje návrh reengineeringu tohoto systému včetně implementace a vyhodnocení.

Master thesis deals with maintenance reengineering of the production line in application to the production of biscuits. The introductory theoretical part covers basic concepts in maintenance, various management systems, implementation, maintenance organization and their development. Furthermore, it explains the concept of reengineering, describes key performance indicators of maintenance and major maintenance methodology. The following is a description of the company, its structure, the production program and a description of the technology. The last section analyzes the current state of the maintenance management system and includes a proposal for the reengineering, together with the implementation and evaluation.
