Andrea Čopíková The aim of this thesis is to analyze an employee remuneration system in a chosen organization, evaluation of this system, assess the functioning and effectiveness and on the basis of the information collected to provide options for improving the existing system of remuneration in organization. The theoretical part introduces the basic concepts, in the practical part is a description of the business analysis system, survey with the subsequent evaluation and recommendations.
