Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is the mapping of the human resources in the chosen company. On the basis of the found facts there is the aim to suggest and recommend such remedies which will lead to improvement of the human resources management in the chosen company. The bachelor thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part there are specified definitions from the area of the human resources management and the practical part is devoted to the management of human resources in the chosen company. Necessary information for the processing of the bachelor thesis were obtained by means of the standardized interview and subsequently data were processed by means of the SWOT analysis and the positional maps. The obtained results were processed into recommendations and suggestions which are able to bring improvement in the human resources management of the company.
