Abstract

Effective human resources management is the key to success of each organization. People, their knowledge and skills are the most important competitive advantage for the company. In connection with this fact, the significance of personnel work involved in recruitment, selection and hiring of employees still increases, because personal and skill possibilities of employees are inevitable to success of organization assurance. The target of my thesis is to describe personnel recruitment, selecting and hiring process in Tatra banka company and in consequence to propose actions which can conduct to efficiency grow of a present state in organization. The thesis is divided into three main parts. First part was elaborated based on study of expert literature and describe personnel recruitment, selecting and hiring problems from a theoretical view. Analytic part is devoted to characteristics of a company and detailed recruitment and selection of employees analysis. Based on experience gained, there are some suggestions for possible improvements in the procedures applied in the analyzed company. These suggestions could help to efficiency of personnel recruitment and selection increase and ensure success of company in constantly variable conditions of modern society.
