Frekvenční analýza obráběcího stroje - diagram stability

Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with frequency analysis of lathe, which contains the evaluation and comparison of the vibration´s acceleration in the directions of the main, feed and passive components of cutting forces during turning with addition of stable diagrams. The theoretical part contains a description of mechanical vibrations together with a mathematical expression, enumeration, description of the types of arising vibrations and methods of measuring vibrations. At the end of the theoretical part, there is another possible way, which allow to perform frequency analysis and find out under which cutting conditions the machining process is stable or unstable. The practical part contains the means used, the procedure of preparation of the experiment and the actual course of measurement. Furthermore, there is a part of the evaluation, which contains the procedure of evaluation of individual measurements with comparison of results and stable diagrams, where the areas of instability are marked.
